Returns and Exchange Policy
PROCEDURE FOR RETURNS
In relation to products purchased through the administrator's website, the following guidelines for returns and exchanges are established. The USER/CLIENT must communicate their intention to return the product(s) within the first 3 days after receiving them, provided that the products are exempt from any kind of discount.
The website administrator will only accept returns that meet the following requirements:
1. The notification of return or exchange must be sent within the first 3 days after receiving the product, through the email address contact@aetheroutfitters.com.
2. The product must maintain its original condition and have its original packaging and labeling. Otherwise, a reconditioning fee of 50% of the cost of the returned item will apply.
3. The product must be shipped back using the same packaging in which it was received to ensure proper protection of the product.
4. If the original packaging cannot be used, the USER/CLIENT should use protective packaging to ensure that the product reaches the website administrator's company in optimal condition.
5. The option of a refund is offered through the original payment method or in the form of a voucher for the product's value. The right to a refund does not apply to items specifically requested by the customer, customized products, among other cases.
6. Within the return package, a copy of the delivery note must be included, detailing the returned products and the detailed reason for the return.
7. Shipping costs for the return are the responsibility of the USER/CLIENT.
Procedure for making a return:
1. Notify the return or exchange within the first 3 days after receiving the product, through the email contact@aetheroutfitters.com.
2. Ensure that the product maintains its original condition and packaging to avoid the reconditioning fee.
3. The website administrator will provide the return shipping address.
4. The USER/CLIENT must send the product back using the same shipping method with which it was delivered or through a courier company of their choice. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the USER/CLIENT.
5. Inform the website administrator about the shipping method used and the date of the return.
REFUNDS TO THE USER/CLIENT
The website administrator will process returns using the same original payment method. The timeframe for the refund to be applied to the USER/CLIENT's account or card will depend on the issuing entity and could take up to 30 days in the case of credit cards.
